Let me introduce myself...

Hi! My name is Belle Churchus and I'm a singer songwriter originally from Sydney but I've recently moved to Brisbane. If you've found my page, then you've most likely stumbled across a video of me singing or seen me perform at a pub. However you discovered me, thank you for the support 💗

So, when and where did my love for music come about? Well, music, especially songwriting, has been my biggest passion throughout my whole life. I wrote my first song when I was eight years old, and surprisingly it was extremely political 😅 which contrasts a lot to the songs I've written over the past few years about heartbreak, frienships, loss, and so many more relationship based experiences. But in saying that, I still love exploring so many different themes when songwriting.

My biggest inspirations for my songwriting, are Missy Higgins, Olivia Rodrigo, Gracie Abrams, Olivia Dean, Sienna Spiro, Renee Rapp, I'm sure you can get the gist of the musicians I look up to. These powerful women show how such deep emotional intelligence combined with incredible songwriting abilities, can produce such phenomenal work.

I hope that through my music, I am able to connect with people in a way that can't be conveyed in any other way.
